Boo! Did I Scare You?
Here’s a brief, yet extremely effective sales lesson on how to sell stuff to an ignorant populace [i.e. market segment]. Traumatize (with fear), lie, associate, implant, fill with an extreme sense of urgency, and then repeat, repeat, repeat… until CHA-CHING! Profit.
The product in this instance was “Republicans.” Oh, and by the way, for those stuck in the red/blue paradigm, this is in no way an endorsement of the equally derelict Democrats, who would have done the exact same thing on their watch.
